The following activities are strictly prohibited on 8777 and will result in immediate account closure and balance forfeiture:

• Bonus Arbitrage: Strategies for generating risk-free profit by exploiting bonus offers.
• Money Laundering: Using 8777 for the purpose of money laundering.
• Technical Exploitation: Deliberately exploiting software bugs or odds errors.
• Third-Party Payments: Using another person's payment account to conduct transactions.
• Account Sale or Transfer: Allowing others to use or selling your account.

If you have a complaint regarding any betting outcome or transaction, please follow 8777's official process:

• Step One: Submit a complaint via live chat or email within 7 days of the incident.
• Step 2: 8777's dispute resolution team will provide an initial response within 48 hours.
• Step 3: For complex cases, a final decision will be communicated within 7 business days.

8777 strives to deliver the highest quality of service. However, 8777's liability will be limited in the following circumstances:

• Missing a bet due to loss of internet connection.
• Errors or delays on the part of third-party service providers (bKash, Nagad, etc.).
• Service disruptions caused by natural disasters, war, or other force majeure events.
• Security breaches resulting from your own negligence or sharing your password.

8777 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Suspicion of money laundering.
• Failure to cooperate with KYC verification.
• Upon direction from legal authorities.

You may request to close your account at any time. In such cases, your remaining balance can be withdrawn in accordance with the applicable terms.
